There are zero platform usage fees. You keep 100% of what you earn on completed jobs. The only cost is standard Stripe payment processing (2.9% + 30¢ per transaction). There are no signup fees, monthly fees, or hidden charges.
When a member accepts your bid, their payment is authorized and held in escrow — no money leaves their account upfront. Once you complete the job and the member confirms, the funds are captured and deposited to your bank account within 3-5 business days via Stripe Connect.
After a member selects your winning bid, they have the option to crowd-fund the job — meaning they can split the cost among family, friends, or others. You'll see a "Crowd Funded" badge on these jobs. Don't schedule the work until the job is fully funded — you'll receive a notification when all payments are collected and it's safe to begin. The escrow guarantee still applies: funds are held securely until the job is complete.
