When you refer a customer to MCC and they book a job with you through the platform, you earn 10 free bid credits. These free credits never expire, and they get used before your paid bids (saving you money).

There's no cap on how many you can earn — the more loyal customers who book through you, the more free bids you accumulate.

Yes! Members can join as many provider Car Clubs as they like. Each club tracks progress independently, so a member might be 3 punches into your oil change reward and 7 punches into another provider's tire rotation deal.

To become a verified provider, create an account and complete our verification process. You'll need to provide:

• Valid government-issued ID for identity verification
• Proof of relevant licenses and certifications
• Proof of liability insurance coverage
• Business registration documents (if applicable)

Our team reviews applications within 2-3 business days. Once approved, you'll be able to start bidding on service requests in your area.

My Car Concierge charges a small service fee on completed jobs. There are no upfront costs, monthly subscriptions, or fees to submit bids. You only pay when you successfully complete a job and receive payment.

The exact fee structure is outlined in our provider agreement during registration. This model ensures we're aligned with your success—we only earn when you earn.

When a vehicle owner accepts your bid, their payment is held in our secure escrow system. Once you complete the work and the customer confirms satisfaction, funds are released to your connected payout account.

We support direct bank transfers and other payment methods. Payouts are typically processed within 1-3 business days after the customer approves the completed work.

Yes! You have full control over your service area. You can set your coverage radius based on your location, and you'll only see service requests from vehicle owners within your defined area.

You can also offer mobile services if you're willing to travel to customers, which often gives you access to more opportunities.

Our platform includes a structured dispute resolution process. If a customer raises a concern, you'll have the opportunity to communicate directly with them to resolve the issue.

If direct resolution isn't successful, our mediation team will review the evidence from both parties—including messages, photos, and documentation—to reach a fair decision. We protect providers against unfair claims while ensuring customers receive quality service.
