MY CAR CONCIERGE PROVIDER PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT

Effective Date: Upon acceptance of this agreement

This Provider Partnership Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between My Car Concierge, LLC ("MCC," "Company," "we," or "us") and the undersigned service provider ("Provider," "you," or "your").

Our mission is simple: MCC connects you with quality customers who need your expertise. We handle the marketing, booking, and payment processing so you can focus on what you do best — delivering great automotive service. Think of MCC as your customer acquisition partner, not a middleman.

1. WHAT MCC PROVIDES YOU

As an MCC provider, you receive:

• Access to a growing base of verified vehicle owners actively seeking services
• A professional provider profile with ratings and reviews that build your reputation
• Secure payment processing with escrow protection for both you and the customer
• Booking management, appointment scheduling, and customer communication tools
• Exposure to customers you might not reach through your own marketing

You are free to operate your own business independently. MCC is a tool to help you grow — not a restriction on how you run your shop.

2. PLATFORM-BOOKED JOBS

2.1. Complete What You Start: Jobs that are booked and paid for through MCC should be completed and managed through the MCC platform. This ensures both you and the customer have payment protection, communication records, and dispute resolution support.

2.2. Fair Use: We ask that you not redirect MCC customers to pay outside the platform for jobs that originated on MCC. This is how we keep the lights on and continue sending you new business.

2.3. Your Business Is Yours: Nothing in this Agreement prevents you from serving your own customers, advertising your business, working with other platforms, or building relationships in your community. MCC only applies to jobs booked through our platform.

3. PAYMENTS

3.1. There are no platform fees. You keep 100% of what you earn on completed jobs.

3.2. Payments are held in escrow until the customer confirms the job is complete, protecting both parties.

3.3. Your earnings are processed within 3–5 business days after the customer approves the completed work.

4. BUILDING YOUR REPUTATION

4.1. Every job you complete on MCC builds your provider profile with verified reviews and ratings from real customers.

4.2. Providers with strong ratings earn priority placement, trust badges, and increased visibility to new customers.

4.3. We encourage you to deliver your best work — great reviews mean more customers finding you through MCC.

5. SERVICE STANDARDS

5.1. You agree to maintain all required licenses, insurance, and certifications for the services you offer.

5.2. You agree to provide services in a professional, timely, and workmanlike manner.

5.3. You agree to communicate promptly and professionally with customers through the MCC platform for platform-booked jobs.

5.4. Providers who maintain strong ratings demonstrate the quality that keeps MCC members coming back to your services.

6. ACCOUNT & TERMINATION

6.1. This Agreement remains in effect for as long as you maintain an active provider account.

6.2. You can leave anytime. If MCC isn't working for you, you can deactivate your account after completing any in-progress jobs. There are no long-term commitments or exit penalties.

6.3. MCC may suspend or terminate accounts for serious issues such as fraud, safety concerns, repeated customer complaints, or failure to maintain required credentials.

6.4. Upon termination, any completed jobs will be paid out as normal. We don't hold your earned money.

7. LIABILITY & RESPONSIBILITY

7.1. You are responsible for the quality and safety of the services you provide. MCC connects customers with providers but does not supervise or guarantee the work performed.

7.2. You agree to carry appropriate insurance for your trade and maintain compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

8. GOVERNING LAW

8.1. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.

8.2. We prefer to resolve disagreements through direct conversation first. If we can't work it out, disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Essex County, New Jersey.

9. ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By signing below, you acknowledge that:

• You have read and understand this Agreement
• You are entering into this Agreement voluntarily
• You understand MCC is a customer acquisition tool designed to help grow your business
• You agree to complete platform-booked jobs through the MCC platform
