Our Story

The Founder

Jordan Zanetis built My Car Concierge out of genuine frustration — the kind that only happens when your car is your income.

As a part-time rideshare driver — Uber Gold, 2,321 rides, 5.0 rating — Jordan serviced his vehicle far more often than the average owner. That meant constantly searching for mechanics, calling around for quotes, and hoping whoever answered the phone would be straight with him. More often than not, he was the one doing the chasing.

"They should be bidding on me," he kept thinking. So he built My Car Concierge to make that happen.

Outside of MCC, Jordan works as a QA Manager in food manufacturing, where he leads quality teams and manages BRC and SQF food safety certification audits. That operational discipline — verification, traceability, accountability — is built into how MCC handles money, providers, and trust.

My Car Concierge launched in 2025 from Flemington, New Jersey. We're currently in our founding phase, actively building our community of members and providers across central NJ and beyond. If you're here early, you're helping shape what this becomes.

The Platform

My Car Concierge is a bidding marketplace for automotive service. Post what your vehicle needs — oil change, body work, detailing, towing, transport, diagnostics — and vetted local providers compete by submitting bids. You compare side-by-side, pick the best one, and pay in escrow: your money stays held until you confirm the work is done.

Providers purchase bid credits to participate. Members never pay to post or receive quotes. That alignment of incentives means providers compete on price and quality — not just on who answers first.

Beyond the marketplace: vehicle maintenance tracking, OBD fault code scanning with AI explanations, Car Club loyalty punch cards, a transportation request service, and an AI car education hub. One app for everything your car needs.
